Grilled chicken breast with orange juice is surprisingly aromatic, and orange juice makes chicken more tender and slightly sour-sweet to taste. This light dietary dish that perfectly matches with any side dish. Today I combined it with Fresh Spring Salad.
Ingredients:
chicken breasts – 2 pound
Marinade:
salt -1 tsp.
black pepper freshly ground – 1/4 tsp.
lemon peel – 1 tbsp.
lemon juice – 1/4 cup
orange juice – 1/4 cup
honey – 2 tbsp.
ginger root grated – 1 tbsp.
olive oil – 2 tbsp.
cumin ground – 2 tsp.
coriander ground – 2 tsp.
other spices to taste
Preparation:

- Prepare the marinade by mixing the above-mentioned ingredients.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 2/3-inch-thick pieces and lightly tenderize with a meat hammer and put them in the marinade. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the grill pan over a high flame until nice and hot, before proceeding. Do not add any oil!
- Place the marinated chicken breasts on the Grill pan and grill on each side for 3-5 minutes.
- Cover grilled chicken pieces with aluminum foil or just with a turned over deep bowl and let rest for 5 min.
