The days gradually become warmer and longer. Spring finally came. There comes a time of bright colors, light dishes, and salads. The easiest to prepare is a vegetable salad with a tomato, cucumber, a lot of greenery and a variety of Bulgarian peppers that bring a crunchy texture and juiciness to any vegetable salad.

 

Ingredients:

  • bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – 1 each
  • tomato small – 5 – 6
  • cucumber – 2 – 3
  • bunch of green onion – 1
  • small bunch of dill – 1
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

      1. Cut peppers into squares of 0.5 inches, tomatoes crisscross on 8 pieces, cut a cucumber in half lengthwise then into 1/2-inch pieces.
      2. Chop dill and green onion, add salt and pepper.
      3. Mix all together.
Fresh Spring Salad.
